Noah Hawleycreator of FX series as Fargo, Legionand the next to be released, Alien: Earthis writing the script of a film project of the crime thriller Nowhere Fastfor which the signing of its protagonist was made.
According to Variety reports, Chris Pine is assuming the main role of Texas Police Thriller who follows a criminal from a small town that unintentionally kills the nephew of his boss.
Hawley produces the feature film with his company 26 Keys Productions. 30WEST, producer and financier of The Contractor – Pine star – is financing Nowhere Fast.
The casting for the rest of the cast is being done right now.
The role would take Pine back to the paths of the acclaimed and nominated for four Oscars, Hell or High Water (2016). The most recent film projects in the actor include The Contractor (2022), All the Old Knives (2022), Don’t Worry Darling (2022), Polar (2023), y Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves (2023), and the animated tape Wish (2023) of Disney, where he lent his voice to Magnificent.
Pine is in drama production The Kidnapping of Arabella of the screenwriter and director Carolina Cavalli, and in the preproduction of a new sequel to the franchise Star Trekwhere he will repeat his role as Captain James T. Kirk.
