As Universal Pictures will confirm in recent weeks, the next project of Christopher Nolan It is an adaptation the epic poem The Odyssey Homer.

Filming is scheduled to start approximately two months on the island also known as “The Island of Las Cabras”. The island is part of the archipelago of the Egadi Islands, off the northwest coast of Sicily.
It is believed that Nolan can film another part in the Eoilias Islands, located in the Tyrrhenian Sea, near the northeast coast of Sicily, and other locations in the United Kingdom and Morocco, although the main location will be on Favignana Island.
The filming will be done using new IMAX technology.
Homer's former Greek poem, composed around the thirteenth century, tells the story of Odysseus, king of Ithaca, and his dangerous trip back home after the Trojan War, exploring songs of heroism, loyalty, cunning and fighting Against the divine will. The story includes iconic episodes such as his encounters with the Cyclope Polyphemus, the Sirens and the goddess Bruja Circe, who culminate with his reunion with his wife, Penelope.
