Ingredients
1 liter of milk
1 bottle of coconut milk
1 box of cream
1 box of condensed milk
6 tablespoons cornstarch
100 grams of grated coconut
1 cup prunes (dried)
1 cup of water (tea)
2 cups of sugar (tea)
Directions
- In a pan off the heat, add the milk, cornstarch and mix well until completely dissolved.
Add the coconut milk, condensed milk, milk cream, grated coconut and stir well. - Bring to a boil and stir constantly until thickened.
Turn off the heat and set aside.
Grease a pudding mold with oil and pour in the delicacy mixture.
Cover with cling film and refrigerate for at least 6 hours. - For the syrup, add the sugar to a pan, bring to the boil and stir constantly until it melts completely and darkens.
Add the water little by little and let it boil.
Add the pitted prunes and boil for another 4 minutes.
Turn off and book until it cools down. - Run a knife around the sides of the mold and unmold the dish onto a plate or platter.
Pour the completely cooled plum syrup over the dessert and the coconut dessert with syrup is ready to serve.
