Ingredients

  • 1 can of condensed milk

  • 1 can of cream

  • 1 small glass of coconut milk

  • 100g grated coconut

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Directions

  • In a large bowl, whisk together condensed milk, heavy cream, and coconut milk until smooth.
  • Add the grated coconut and vanilla essence and mix again.
  • Pour the mixture into an ice cream mold or freezer safe container.
  • Take it to the freezer and let it freeze for about 4 to 6 hours.
  • After that time, remove from the freezer and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
  • Serve in bowls and garnish with more shredded coconut on top, if desired.
