1 can of condensed milk
1 can of cream
1 small glass of coconut milk
100g grated coconut
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Directions
- In a large bowl, whisk together condensed milk, heavy cream, and coconut milk until smooth.
- Add the grated coconut and vanilla essence and mix again.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream mold or freezer safe container.
- Take it to the freezer and let it freeze for about 4 to 6 hours.
- After that time, remove from the freezer and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve in bowls and garnish with more shredded coconut on top, if desired.
