This creamy cappuccino yields a lot and is perfect for anyone looking for a hot and tasty drink!

Ingredients

  • 120 ml of warm water

  • 4 tablespoons of instant coffee powder (28 grams)

  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder (20 grams)

  • 1 cup (tea) sugar (180 grams)

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Directions

  • In a mixer add the sugar, the soluble coffee powder, the warm water and beat at maximum speed until you get whipped cream. 
    Add the powdered chocolate, powdered cinnamon (optional) and beat (scrape the sides with a spatula to remove the chocolate) until smooth.
  • Transfer the creamy cappuccino to a container with a lid, leave it in the freezer for a few hours until it is very cold and the recipe is ready to be used. 
    Store in the freezer for a maximum of 3 months.
