Ingredients
2 whole eggs
2 cups whole milk (tea)
2 tablespoons (soup) full of wheat flour
2 cups (tea) very full of green corn (fresh, drained canned or frozen)
1 cup (tea) of sugar
1 full tablespoon of butter or margarine
1/2 tablespoon baking powder
Directions
- In a blender place the eggs, butter or margarine, sugar and corn.Â
Cover and beat for 30 seconds.Â
Add the milk and beat again.Â
Add the wheat flour and beat for a few more seconds to mix, add the yeast and beat again for a few more seconds. - Transfer the dough to a greased shape with butter or margarine and floured.Â
Then bake in a preheated oven at 180º₢ for approximately 45 to 60 minutes, or until golden on top. - Carefully remove the creamy green corn cake from the oven and let it cool at room temperature.Â
Cut as you prefer and the recipe is ready to serve.
