Everyone will taste and approve of this tasty and practical creamy hominy with condensed milk!

Ingredients

  • 1 liter of milk

  • 592 grams of condensed milk

  • 500 grams of hominy

  • 200 grams of sour cream

  • 100 grams of grated coconut

  • 100 grams of paçoquinha

  • Ground cinnamon to taste (optional)

Directions

  • Preferably leave the canjica corns to soak in a container with water overnight. 
    Then cook the hominy in a pan with water until it becomes soft and discard the cooking water.
  • Return the canjica without water to the pan and add the milk, the grated coconut, the cream, the condensed milk. 
    Place over medium heat and stir constantly until smooth and thickened to your liking.
  • Finish by adding the crumbled paçoquinhas and mix very well. 
    Finish by adding ground cinnamon to taste over the dessert and serve the hominy hot or cold.
