Creamy Noodles with Bacon in the Pressure Cooker

Ingredients
500 grams of screw pasta
150 grams of bacon
3 and 1/2 cups (tea) of water
2 boxes or 1 can of cream
1 and 1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 thread of olive oil
grated cheese to taste
salt to taste
Directions
- Cut the bacon into cubes and fry in a pressure cooker with a drizzle of olive oil, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
- Add tomato sauce, sour cream, pasta, salt and water.Â
Mix well, cap and wait to get pressure. - After taking pressure cook for 3 minutes, then carefully lift part of the pot pin with a spoon and let the pressure release little by little.
- Mix the ingredients very well, serve the pasta with bacon and finish by adding grated cheese to taste on top.
