2 cup cornmeal (250g)
2 cups of water (480ml)
More water (600ml)
2 garlic cloves
½ medium onion chopped
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 chicken broth
1 level teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of butter
Directions
- In a bowl, add 2 cup of cornmeal (250g);
- Add 2 cups of water (480ml);
- Mix and reserve;
- In a pan, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil;
- Add ½ medium chopped onion;
- Take it to the low fire and fry a little;
- Add 2 crushed garlic cloves;
- Fry for 1 minute;
- Add water (600ml);
- Add 1 chicken broth;
- Mix;
- Add the hydrated cornmeal;
- Add 1 pinch of salt;
- Mix for 18 minutes;
- Turn off the fire;
- Add 1 tablespoon of butter;
- Mix;
