Ingredients
4 whole eggs
4 medium carrots (400 grams)
3 cups wheat flour (tea)
2 cups of sugar (tea)
1 tablespoon baking powder
240 ml of oil
Directions
- Add the oil, eggs, sugar and peeled and sliced carrots to a blender.
Cover and beat for 3 minutes. - Transfer the mixture to another container, add the wheat flour and mix with a spoon.
Add the baking soda and mix again to homogenize. - Pour the dough into a greased and floured mold and bake for 45 minutes in a preheated oven at 180º₢.
- After the carrot cake has cooled to room temperature, unmold it if you prefer and it is ready to cut and serve.
