Easy oven omelet is perfect for anyone who wants something tasty without too much work in the kitchen!

Ingredients

  • 200 grams of chopped mozzarella

  • 150 grams of chopped ham

  • 3 large or 6 small eggs

  • 3 tablespoons wheat flour

  • 1 seasoning sachet with salt or salt to taste

  • 1 mixed can of corn and peas

  • 1 medium grated carrot

  • 1 medium chopped onion

  • 1/2 cup (tea) of milk

  • Oregano to taste

  • Coriander to taste

  • Grated Parmesan or Mozzarella cheese for topping

Directions

  • Beat the eggs very well in a bowl and add the oregano to taste, the seasoning with salt or salt to taste, the milk, the wheat flour and stir well. 
    Add chopped cilantro to taste, chopped onion, grated carrot and mix again. 
    Add the chopped ham, the chopped mozzarella cheese, the corn and pea mixture and stir until homogenized.
  • Transfer to a refractory greased with olive oil and sprinkle grated cheese on top. 
    Take the mixture to the preheated oven at 180º₢ and bake for approximately 45 minutes, or until it is lightly golden on top, and the oven omelette can now be served.
