Ingredients
1 small onion
1 pepperoni sausage
2 tablespoons of oil
2 cups ready-made couscous
2 cups cooked string beans (tea)
3 cloves of garlic
Coriander to taste
Saffron to taste
Chives to taste
Black pepper to taste
Directions
- In a skillet add the oil and lead to the fire, add the chopped pepperoni and fry without stopping stirring until it starts to brown.Â
Add the chopped onion, the crushed garlic and fry a little. - Add saffron, black pepper and ground coriander to taste.Â
After the onion is well braised, add the cooked and dried string beans.Â
Stir well while cooking the ingredients, season with salt and stir more. - Add the cooked couscous to the skillet and mix well as it cooks for a few more minutes.Â
Put the chopped chives to taste and mix well, turn off the heat and the couscous farofa is ready to serve.
