Preparations for the fifth and final season of the popular series The Boys from the creator and showrunner Erik Kripke y Prime Video, they continue going.

Prior to the broadcast of the fourth season, it was revealed that the series will say goodbye with a fifth installment.

With many details still to be known, there is a piece of information that Kripke shared with Collider: filming is just around the corner, and in fact, it will begin during the week of the Thanksgiving celebration.

Kripke confirmed:

“We start filming in a week, on Monday. “That’s less than two weeks.”

Kripke refers to Monday, November 25.

Kripke added about the impending series finale:

“I'm lucky to be able to maintain my denial for quite a while because I'm so busy right now… The amount of work is so intense that I think I at some point in the middle of the season it will affect me, and it will affect me emotionally. I have been voluntarily denying it. I haven't fully assimilated it. That will be difficult.”
