In addition to being tasty and healthy, this fit cake is practical and can be easily made at home!

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 bananas

  • 2 apples

  • 2 tablespoons of rolled oats (optional)

  • 1 cup (tea) of oat flour

  • 1 tablespoon of cake yeast

  • 1/2 cup (tea) brown sugar

  • Cinnamon powder to taste

Directions

  • Chop and mash the bananas, transfer to a container and add the chopped apples, eggs and mix well. 
    Add brown sugar, oat flour, rolled oats and mix more.
  • Add the baking powder, cinnamon powder to taste and mix until the dough is homogenized. 
    Then transfer to a greased shape and flour with oat flour.
  • Bake the cake for approximately 35 minutes in the oven preheated to 240º₢. 
    Carefully remove from the oven and allow to cool to room temperature.
  • Unmold the fit cake and the recipe is ready to be served.Fit Cake
