Ingredients

  • 2 whole eggs

  • 1 cup rice flour (or oat flour)

  • 1 cup skimmed milk (tea)

  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

  • Add the rice or oat flour, skimmed milk, eggs, salt and mix well. 
    Pour a ladle of the mixture into a preheated frying pan and turn the dough when it comes off the bottom to bake on the other side.
  • Add the stuffing of your choice over the dough, fold and cook for another 1 minute. 
    Repeat the process until you use all the dough and the fit pancake recipe is ready to be consumed.
