2 cups of tapioca flakes
2 cups of coconut milk
1 cup of milk
1 cup of sugar
1/2 cup grated coconut (optional)
4 eggs
1 tablespoon butter (melted)
1 tablespoon baking powder
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Grease a cake pan with butter and sprinkle with tapioca flakes to prevent it from sticking. - tapioca flakes to prevent it from sticking.
