Ingredients

  • 1 can of condensed milk

  • 1 can of milk (use the empty condensed milk can to measure)

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 cup of sugar

Directions

  • In a pan, melt the sugar over medium heat. Stir constantly until the sugar is completely melted and golden in color.
  • Once the sugar is caramelized, quickly pour it into the pudding mold, spreading it well over the bottom and sides of the mold. Reserve.
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • In the blender, add the condensed milk, milk and eggs. Beat for a few minutes until you get a homogeneous mixture.
  • Pour the mixture into the caramelized mold.
  • Place the mold with the pudding inside a larger baking tray and add hot water to the tray, forming a bain-marie.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 50 to 60 minutes, or until the pudding is firm and golden on the surface.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool. Then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Run a knife around the pudding to loosen the sides.
  • Place a serving plate over the pan and turn it upside down, unmolding the pudding with the syrup on top.
