The preparation of this grilled fish in a frying pan is very simple and fast!

Ingredients

  • 800 grams of hake fillet

  • 2 grated garlic cloves

  • Black pepper to taste

  • lemon zest to taste

  • sweet paprika to taste

  • Butter to taste

  • olive oil to taste

  • salt to taste

Directions

  • Season the hake fillets with sweet paprika, garlic, black pepper, lemon zest, salt and spread well so that the seasonings catch on both sides.
  • Place a skillet over medium-high heat, add a little oil and butter and wait for it to heat up.
  • Add the fillets and brown the underside 4 minutes. 
    Turn the fillets, brown the other side for another 4 minutes and they are ready to serve.
