Ingredients
- Dough
3 whole eggs
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 can of Leite Moça or other condensed milk (395 grams)
1 cup wheat flour (tea)
1 tablespoon chemical yeast
- Syrup
3 tablespoons of sugar
1 cup of water (tea)
Directions
- In a bowl add the eggs, condensed milk and beat until smooth.
Add the butter or margarine and beat again.
Add the sifted wheat flour and baking powder, mix very well and pour the dough into a greased and floured form. - Bake the dough in a preheated oven at 180º₢ for approximately 35 to 40 minutes.
To make the syrup, put the sugar and water in a pan, bring to a boil and once it boils, wait for the sugar to melt and turn off the heat. - Pour the syrup over the still hot cake, wait for it to cool down a bit and the Leite Moça cake is ready to be consumed.
