minutesMake a minced meat dumpling using the ingredients below and following the preparation instructions below.
Ingredients
500g ground meat (can be beef, pork or a mix)
1 small onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 egg
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup of milk
2 tablespoons green chives (parsley and chives), chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Frying oil
Directions
- In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, onion, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, milk, green chilli, salt and pepper.Â
Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined. - Model small portions of the mixture into balls, giving the dumplings the desired shape.
- Heat a frying pan with oil over medium heat.
- When the oil is hot, add the dumplings little by little, without crowding the pan.
- Fry the dumplings until they are golden on all sides.Â
Make sure to turn them so they cook evenly. - Remove the dumplings from the pan and place them on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
- Serve the minced meat dumplings hot, accompanied by your favorite sauce.
