Ingredients
1/2 liter of milk
1 American cup of wheat flour
1 American cup of sugar
1 tablespoon(s) chemical yeast
1 pinch of salt
2 whole eggs
50 grams of butter or margarine
50 grams of grated cheese
50 grams of grated coconut
Directions
- Add the eggs, butter or margarine, a pinch of salt, sugar, wheat flour, a little milk and beat well.
- Add the rest of the milk, the chemical yeast, the grated cheese, the grated coconut and beat again to homogenize the dough.
- Transfer the liquid mass to a caramelized form and place it inside a larger roasting pan with a little hot water.
- Bake the pudding in a bain-marie in a preheated oven at 180º₢ for approximately 40 to 50 minutes.
- Wait for the dessert to cool at room temperature and turn it out onto a plate or platter.Â
