Apple TV+ has revealed the first looks at the fourth season of the acclaimed Apple Original series The Morning Show.

The two promotional photos show a glimpse of a scene centered on the protagonist Jennifer Aniston in the middle of what appears to be a protest, in which they throw oil at him.

You will find the images at the end of this note.

The main cast of season four is made up of Aniston and her co-star Reese Witherspoonthe returns of Billy Crudup, Mark Duplass, Nestor Carbonell, Karen Pittman, Greta Lee, Jon Hamm y Nicole Beharieand new additions like Marion Cotillard as Celine Dumont, a smart operator of a historic European family, Jeremy Irons as Martin Levy, the father of Alex Levy (Aniston), William Jackson Harper (The Good Place) as Ben, an innovative sports boss at the show's fictional television network, and Aaron Pierre (Genius) in a guest-starring role as an acclaimed visual artist.

It was previously revealed that Julianna Margulies is not returning for the new season.

The Apple TV+ series revolves around the world of New York City morning news shows and media outlets. In the first few seasons, Alex (Aniston) and Bradley (Witherspoon) offered viewers a harrowing takedown of the morning news show and UBA, the broadcast network they work for, exposing a work culture rife with misogyny, toxicity and sexual misconduct.

Season 3 left the fate of UBA once again up in the air after Alex manages to defeat Paul Marks (Hamm) by blocking the sale of UBA to his tech company, Hyperion. But now, it looks like UBA will merge with another media company to keep the network afloat, which could mean layoffs and restructuring in Season 4.

Aniston described season 4 like this:

“When season four returns, The Morning Show will catch up to 2024. Alex will be in charge, and some of her TMS coworkers will move up with her. “Alex comes in, saves the day, the merger happens, and then a couple of years from now we’ll see how easy — or not — this company has been,” Aniston teased. “We come back into the world in the midst of chaos. She doesn’t know what the outcome is going to be for Bradley. Regardless of how that character comes back, we’ll see how that affects Alex’s war plan. Because he loves her, but not enough to sacrifice the bigger picture.”

The project is partly based on an original idea by Michael Ellenberg from Media Res, and in part, in the book written by Brian StelterCNN reporter, titled Top of the Morning. Kerry Ehrin developed the series.

The director Mimi Leader She is the executive producer along with Witherspoon, Aniston, Ellenberg, Kristin Hahn, Lauren Neustadter, Micah Schraft, Zander Lehmann, and the showrunner Charlotte Stoudt. Media Res, Hello Sunshine, Candle Media and Echo Films are the production companies.

Apple TV+ has not revealed the premiere date for the fourth season. We'll stay tuned.
