Practical and tasty, the juice to increase immunity confers several benefits to health and well-being!

Ingredients

  • 300 ml of coconut water

  • 1 orange

  • 1 piece of ginger

  • 4 kale leaves

  • Mint to taste

Directions

  • Peel the orange, the piece of ginger and cut them into pieces. 
    Cut the washed cabbage leaves and put everything in the blender. 
    Add coconut water, mint leaves to taste and beat for 1 to 2 minutes.
  • Strain the juice through a sieve into glasses or bowls of your choice, add ice cubes to taste and the juice to boost immunity is ready to consume.
