The “Dark Drum & Bass Convention” has been a reliable date for a major breaks highlight in Leipzig since 2015. This year there is a special edition: The party host Plastiks is celebrating his 40th birthday and with this edition is turning the spotlight on UK garage – the source for later major UK genres such as dubstep and future garage. Especially for this he is bringing three acts from Spain and London to Leipzig: No Human Sound, Klumzy Tung and Blackbox The MC, who are between UK garage and drum & bass.

But a convention is always a bit bigger, as we all know. That's why today there are a total of 19 acts on two floors, including a drum & bass floor with lots of local heroes.
