Ingredients
1 can of condensed milk
1 can of cream
Juice of 4 lemons (approximately 1 cup)
1 package of cornstarch biscuits
1 cup of milk (for dipping the cookies)
Lemon zest for garnish
Directions
- In a bowl, mix the condensed milk, cream and lemon juice.
Stir well until you obtain a homogeneous cream.
Reserve. - In a deep plate, add the milk to wet the cornstarch cookies.
Quickly dip each cookie in the milk and place in a baking dish, forming a layer on the bottom. - Pour half of the lemon cream over the cookie layer.
- Make another layer of cookies dipped in milk.
- Cover the cookies with the remaining lemon cream.
- Decorate with lemon zest on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving so that the pavé is very cold and firm.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
