500 grams of potato balls with the skin
Extra virgin olive oil to taste
Lemon pepper to taste
Water for cooking
1 pinch of salt
Directions
- Wash the potatoes well under running water and add them to a pan with water until covered and a pinch of salt.
- Cook them for about 10 minutes after boiling, or until they are al dente.Â
Discard the cooking water and transfer the potatoes to a roasting pan. - Add lemon pepper to taste and in abundance over all the potatoes.Â
