The result of this lettuce pâté is surprisingly delicious!
Ingredients
6 lettuce leaves
5 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons vinegar
3 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
1 teaspoon chimichurri and/or oregano
1 stale French bread
Black pepper to taste
Chili pepper to taste
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Place the chopped lettuce leaves, vinegar, salt, garlic, olive oil and mayonnaise in a blender.
- Add the chimichurri, oregano, black pepper, red pepper, salt and sliced French bread.
- Cover the device and mix well.
Turn off, mix with a spoon or fuê and turn the blender back on to beat some more. - Serve the lettuce pâté with bread and toast or as a filling for sandwiches and snacks of your choice.
