Ingredients
3 whole eggs
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
100 grams of grated coconut
1 and 1/2 cup sugar
1 kilo of grated raw cassava
1 tablespoon cake yeast
1 pinch of salt
Directions
- Grate the cassava, peeled and cut into pieces, then transfer to a container.
- Add the beaten eggs, butter or margarine, sugar, salt, coconut flakes and mix well.
- Add the baking soda, mix until homogenized and transfer the dough to a greased shape.
- Take the cake to bake for approximately 40 minutes in a preheated oven at 200º₢.
