Apple TV debuted a first teaser trailer from his new original series, Maximum Pleasure Guaranteeda black comedy thriller starring Emmy winner, Tatiana Maslany (Orphan Black) in a leading role, who enters a dangerous labyrinth playing Paula.
From the hand of the creator, screenwriter, and executive producer David J. Rosen (Citadel), the series follows Paula (Maslany), who finds herself at the crossroads of blackmail, murder and youth football. Convinced that she has witnessed a crime—while dealing with a custody battle for her children and an identity crisis—Paula begins her own investigation, one that could reveal a larger conspiracy and, at the same time, be the key to rebuilding her family and her self-esteem.
“Can I be uncomfortably honest? I just didn't think I'd be here, you know? I'm supposed to have it all… figured out,” Paula says in a voiceover in the trailer, which is chaotic in the best possible way.

Other cast members include Jake Johnson as Karl, Paula's ex-husband; Jessy Hodges as Mallory, a lawyer and Karl's new wife; Jon Michael Hill as Detective Baxter; Kiarra Hamagami Goldberg like Geri, a fact-checker at a prestigious New York publication; Charlie Hall plays Rudy, another fact-checker and Geri's co-worker; Nola Wallace she plays Hazel, Paula and Karl's daughter; and Dolly De Leon plays Detective Sofia Gonzalez. Brandon Flynn (13 Reasons Why) y Murray Bartlett (The Last of Us, The White Lotus) are also part of the cast.
David Gordon Green (Nutcrackers, trilogy Halloween) directs the series, in addition to being another of the executive producers along with Rosen, Audrey Chon, and Simon Kinbergwho developed it.
Green previously directed Maslany in the biographical drama Stronger (2017).
Apple Studios and Counterpart Studios produce it.
The first season consists of 10 episodes, each one thirty minutes long.
Apple TV debuts Maximum Pleasure Guaranteed he May 20 with the release of the first two episodes, followed by new episodes every Wednesday until July 15.
