Ingredients
4 tablespoons of wheat flour
4 tablespoons of sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa powder (or chocolate powder)
1/8 teaspoon baking powder
A bit of salt
3 tablespoons of milk
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Directions
- In a large microwave-safe mug, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt.
- Add the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla (if using) to the dry mixture in the mug.
Mix well until all ingredients are combined. - Place the mug in the microwave and cook on full power for 1-2 minutes.
The time may vary depending on the power of your microwave.
Start with 1 minute and check every 15 seconds until the cake is cooked.
The center should be firm but still moist. - Let it cool for a few minutes before eating.
