Under that premise, Apple TV+ revealed the official trailer action-romance thriller The Gorge of the director Scott Derrickson (The Black Phone, Sinister, Doctor Strange).
The feature film stars Miles Teller (Whiplash, Top Gun: Maverick) y Anya Taylor-Joy (Furiosa, The Menu), con Sigourney Weaver (Alien, Avatar: The Way of Water).
The rest of the cast is made up of William Houston, Samantha Coughlan, Julianna Kurokawa, Alessandro Garcia y Greta Hansen.

Derrickson directs the feature film from a script by Zach Dean (The Tomorrow War).
OFFICIAL SYNOPSIS:
“Teller and Taylor-Joy play two snipers in watchtowers on opposite sides of a massive gorge, and the location between them remains highly classified. Your mission is to protect the outside world from a dark force lurking within.
“They join together from a distance as they try to stay alert to defend themselves against an invisible enemy. When the cataclysmic threat to humanity is revealed to them, they must work together in a test of physical and mental strength to keep the secret in the gorge before it is too late.”
In a statement to IGN, Derrickson revealed that the film “mixes multiple genres: romance, science fiction, action, spy thriller and even horror. The idea was to first invest a lot of time in the backstories and evolving connection between the two characters played by Miles Teller and Anya Taylor-Joy, and then see them in survival mode amid the relentless and unpredictable dangers and mysteries of the game itself. defile.”
