Ingredients
1 cup cornstarch
1 cup of sugar
3 eggs
1 cup of milk
1/2 cup of oil
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 pinch of salt
Margarine and wheat flour to grease the pan
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- In a large bowl, mix cornstarch, sugar and salt.
- Then add the eggs, milk and oil. Mix well until you obtain a homogeneous dough.
- Add the baking powder and mix gently until combined.
- Grease a mold with margarine and wheat flour.
- Pour the dough into the greased pan and spread evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 30-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Remove from the oven and let cool before unmolding.
- Serve the corn cake in slices and enjoy!
