Ingredients
1 egg
2 tablespoons of oil
2 to 3 tablespoons of sugar
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
3 tablespoons of milk (can be water or coconut milk)
4 tablespoons wheat flour
1/2 tablespoon baking powder
Directions
- Put the wheat flour, chocolate powder, sugar, egg, oil in a container and mix very well.Â
Add half of the coconut milk (or water or milk) and stir well, then add the rest and stir again.Â
Finally put the baking soda and mix to homogenize. - Add the dough in a tall mug until about halfway through, as the cake will rise.Â
Microwave at high power for approximately 3 minutes, remove and wait for the mug cake to cool at room temperature.Â
Finish by adding syrup or other toppings of your choice and the mug cake is ready to serve.
