The Nelson Wine & Food Festival celebrates a showcase of Nelson wines, craft beers, ciders and juices. For the foodies, a promotion of locally produced gourmet foods to tempt discerning taste buds. Hold on to your holiday groove, grab a friend and head to the Richmond Showgrounds for all day entertainment. Be seated in the shade of the ‘olde” oak trees. The Nelson Wine & Food Festival is all about local. Live entertainment from popular local bands and a promotion of rising solo artists. The New Zealand Army Band will also be performing. Get the dancing shoes on or just chill out and watch.
This is a family event with entry for those 12 years & under free. The NWFF caters for children with non-alcoholic drinks, face painting and much more. There’s plenty of parking for cars and motorhomes. (Overnight parking for motorhomes available; fees apply). Being close to the bike trail, consider riding your bikes out.
The NWFF is Richmond Rotary Club’s annual fund raiser. Come along and enjoy yourselves. By doing so you will be supporting your community as all funds raised are returned to local community organisations.
