Ingredients
2 cans of condensed milk (395g each)
2 tablespoons of corn starch
½ cup of powdered milk tea (50g) (6 level tablespoons)
2 boxes of sour cream (200g each)
½ cup of milk tea (120ml)
1 tablespoon unsalted butter or margarine
Directions
- In a pan, add 2 boxes of condensed milk;
- Add 2 tablespoons of cornstarch;
- Mix well;
- Add ½ cup of powdered milk tea (50g) (6 level tablespoons);
- Mix well;
- Add 2 boxes of milk cream (200g each);
- Mix;
- Add ½ cup of milk tea (120ml);
- Add 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter or margarine;
- Mix and bring to medium heat;
- When it starts to thicken, reduce the heat to low;
- When the point is reached, turn off the heat;
- Continue mixing until it cools down a bit;
- Transfer to a bowl;
- Cover with plastic film in contact with the cream;
- Allow to cool to room temperature;
- Your nest filling is ready!
