Ingredients
1 cup of mayonnaise
1/2 cup pitted green olives
1 small garlic clove
Half lemon juice
Salt and black pepper to taste
Chopped parsley to taste (optional)
Directions
- Start by chopping the olives into small pieces.Â
Reserve. - In a mortar, crush the garlic with a little salt until you get a paste.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, garlic paste, lemon juice and chopped olives.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
- If desired, add chopped parsley to taste.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
