Ingredients

  • 1 cup of mayonnaise

  • 1/2 cup pitted green olives

  • 1 small garlic clove

  • Half lemon juice

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • Chopped parsley to taste (optional)

Directions

  • Start by chopping the olives into small pieces. 
    Reserve.
  • In a mortar, crush the garlic with a little salt until you get a paste.
  • In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, garlic paste, lemon juice and chopped olives.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
  • If desired, add chopped parsley to taste.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • This olive mayonnaise is a great option to accompany toast, bread, sandwiches, salads and other dishes. Try it at home and surprise yourself with the taste!
