Ingredients
2 big eggs
2 cups wheat flour (tea)
1 cup orange juice (tea)
1 cup (tea) of sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 pinch of salt
3/4 cup oil (tea)
Directions
- In a container add the eggs, oil, sugar and mix well.Â
Add the orange juice, wheat flour and mix again.Â
Finish by adding the baking powder, the pinch of salt and stir to homogenize the dough. - Pour the dough into a greased baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 180º₢ for about 40 minutes.
- Wait for the orange cake to cool at room temperature, turn it out onto a plate or platter and the recipe is ready to serve.
