1.5 kg of pork ribs
4 cloves of minced garlic
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
2 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- In a large bowl, combine the minced garlic, smoked paprika, honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper. This mixture will be the marinade for the ribs.
- Place the ribs in a container or plastic bag and pour the marinade over them, making sure they are well coated. Let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or preferably overnight for best results.
- Remove the ribs from the marinade and place them in a baking dish. Drizzle with a little olive oil. Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour or until the ribs are tender and caramelized, turning them halfway through and basting them with the juices from the baking dish.
- Remove the ribs from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes before serving. You can cut them into smaller pieces to make them easier to eat.
- Serve the ribs with your favorite sides, such as mashed potatoes, green salad or roasted vegetables.
