Ingredients

  • 2 cups (tea) biju cassava flour

  • 2 minced garlic cloves

  • 1/2 onion, thinly sliced

  • 1/2 cup (tea) palm oil

  • 1/2 red bell pepper diced

  • Green smell to taste

  • Black pepper to taste

  • Salt to taste

Directions

  • Heat the palm oil in a pan over medium heat, add the sliced ​​onion and sauté for a minute without stopping stirring.
  • Add the diced bell pepper and sauté well. 
    Add the chopped garlic and sauté too, always stirring well.
  • Put the cassava flour and mix constantly until it toasts slightly and mixes with the other ingredients.
  • Season with black pepper and salt to taste and mix. 
    Add chopped green smell, stir a little more and the palm oil farofa is ready.
