Ingredients

  • 1 can of condensed milk

  • 1 can of cream

  • 1/2 cup concentrated passion fruit juice

  • 1 envelope of unflavored gelatin

  • 1/2 cup of water

Directions

  • In a blender, beat condensed milk, cream and passion fruit juice until you get a homogeneous mixture.
  • Dissolve the unflavored gelatin envelope in 1/2 cup of hot water and mix well.
  • Add the dissolved gelatin to the blender mixture and blend again until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into a bowl or individual bowls.
  • Refrigerate for about 2 to 3 hours, or until the mousse is firm.
  • Serve chilled, garnished with passion fruit seeds or white chocolate shavings, if desired.
