Ingredients

  • 300g pasta (your preferred type)

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 2 cloves of garlic, chopped

  • 200ml cream

  • Salt to taste

  • Ground black pepper to taste

  • Grated parmesan cheese (optional)

  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Directions

  • In a large pot, boil salted water. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and reserve.
  • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until lightly golden.
  • Reduce the heat to low and pour the cream into the pan with the sautéed garlic. Mix well and let it heat for a few minutes, but do not let it boil. Season with salt and ground black pepper to taste.
  • Add the cooked pasta to the pan with the cream and toss gently until the pasta is completely covered in the sauce.
  • Transfer the creamed pasta to serving plates. If desired, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped fresh parsley before serving.
  • This dish can be served as a main course accompanied by a green salad or as an accompaniment to grilled meats. Serve immediately while hot and enjoy!
