250g pasta (can be spaghetti, penne, fusilli, etc.)
1 can of tuna in water or olive oil
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 small onion chopped
1 can of peeled tomatoes or tomato sauce
Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Grated cheese (optional)
Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Directions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted water. Drain and reserve.
- While the pasta cooks, heat some olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and chopped onion to the pan and sauté until soft and lightly browned.
