The adaptation of Cape Fear Apple TV+ added another talent to his cast.
According to Deadline reports, it is about Patrick Wilsonactor known for horror sagas Insidious y The Conjuring. For his role in the series Angels in America HBO, he was nominated for Emmy in 2004. We will see it in The Conjuring: Last Riteswhich is promoted as the final chapter of the Warren files.
Wilson joins the protagonists and executive producers Amy Adams y Javier Bardem.

The plot follows a happily married couple whose lives are disrupted when a famous murderer of his past leaves prison. Adams will play the wife, Anna, while Bardem will play the murderer, Max Cady. Wilson will assume the role as Anna's husband Tom Bowden.
The series is based on the novel The Executioners by John D. Macdonald, the same literary material that served as inspiration for the 1962 film of the same name directed by J. Lee Thompson from graphic scripts devised by the original director Alfred Hitchcock, and the 1991 remake directed by Scorsese.
Apple TV+ gave green light to the elaboration of the series Cape Fear last November. Will consist of 10 episodes.
The 1962 original film starred Gregory Peck and Polly Bergen, while the 1991 remake was starring Nick Nolte and Jessica Lange.
