Ingredients

  • 1 cup of warm milk

  • 1 egg

  • 1/4 cup of oil

  • 1 teaspoon of salt

  • 1 tablespoon of sugar

  • 2 and 1/2 cups of wheat flour

  • 1 tablespoon of dry organic yeast

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • In a blender, place the warm milk, egg, oil, salt, sugar and blend until all ingredients are well mixed.
  • Add the wheat flour little by little, continuing to beat the dough in the blender.
  • Add the dry yeast and beat for a few more minutes until the dough is homogeneous.
  • Pour the dough into a bowl and let it rest for approximately 30 minutes, covering it with a damp cloth, in a draft-free place, to allow the dough to rise.
  • Once the dough has risen, divide it in half to make two pizzas or use as you prefer.
  • Roll out the dough on a floured surface until it reaches the desired thickness.
  • Transfer the dough to a greased baking tray.
  • Add tomato sauce and topping ingredients of your choice.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven, cut into slices and enjoy!
