One month until the premiere of the slasher Scream 7the Paramount Pictures studio continues to share promotional material for what is currently a balanced marketing campaign, knowing how to reveal interesting details, and maintaining the mystery for so many others.
The latest is a new official poster, designed by the wonderful Creepy Duckwho on this occasion Create the poster with a retro style, winking to the original poster of the horror film classic The Texas Chain Saw Massacre (1973).
In the promotional art, we see Ghostface under a door frame, with blood and fire at his feet, and a slogan that reads: “Welcome to Woodsboro. Where the past never dies.”
At the bottom it is accompanied by the title “SCREAM 7”with the use of quotes also used in the aforementioned poster of The Texas Chain Saw Massacre.

In the new sequel, Sidney (Neve Campbell) must face Ghostface once again, after the masked villain threatens what he loves most: his daughter, Tatum (played by Isabel May of 1883), whose name is a nod to Sidney's best friend in the original installment, Tatum Riley (played by Rose McGowan).
IN SCREAM 7:
“When a new Ghostface killer appears in the quiet town where Sidney Prescott (Neve Campbell) has built a new life, her worst fears come true when her daughter (Isabel May) becomes the next target. Determined to protect her family, Sidney must face the horrors of her past to end the bloodshed once and for all.”
The seventh installment of the franchise Scream is directed by Kevin Williamsonscreenwriter of the 1996 original, and the sequels Scream 2 y Scream 4.
Williamson y Guy Busick they co-wrote the script Scream 7 from a story of James Vanderbilt & Guy Busick (Scream 5, Scream 6).
The main cast is headed by the great and long-awaited return of Neve Campbell as Scream Queen Sidney Prescott, recalling that she was absent from the sixth film due to a salary dispute; the returns of Courteney Cox like Gale Weathers, Mason Gooding y Jasmin Savoy Brown like twins Chad and Mindy.
The nature of the returns of David Arquette like Dewey, Matthew Lillard (Scream) like Stu Macher and Scott Foley (Scream 3) like Roman Bridger, is kept completely secret.
New additions include Isabel May (1883), Celeste O’Connor (Freaky), Asa Germann (The Boys), Mckenna Grace (Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire), Sam Calculator (The Fabelmans), Anna Camp (Pitch Perfect), Mark Consuelos (Live with Kelly & Mark), Ethan Embry (Grace and Fankie), Timothy Simmons (Nobody Wants This), Michelle Randolph (Landman, 1923), Jimmy Tatro (You’re Cordially Invited, Home Economics), y Joel McHale (Community) as Mark Evans, Sidney's husband.

The production of Scream 7 was conducted between January and March 2025 in Atlanta, GA.

The slasher saga was launched in 1996 with the original installment Screamto later launch the sequels Scream 2 (1997), Scream 3 (2000) y Scream 4 (2011), all directed by the beloved Wes Craven, who died in August 2015 due to a brain tumor.
The franchise was relaunched in 2022 with a fifth installment titled simply Screamwhich featured the return of the original trio, Campbell, Cox and Arquette, and new directors. Its success ensured a new sequel, and in March 2023 it was released Scream VIwhich broke the record as the franchise's highest-grosser at the domestic box office with $108.1 million and more than $168 million worldwide.
The six films have a combined global box office of more than $908 million.
Paramount is planning the theatrical release of Scream 7 for him February 26, 2026 in Mexicoand the February 27 in the United States.
