Ingredients
500 grams of potato
2 tablespoons ketchup
3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
Black pepper to taste
Smoked paprika to taste
Chimichurri to taste
Olive oil to taste
Salt to taste
Directions
- Peel the potatoes and wash them with water.
- Then cut the vegetables into sticks or half moons, but don’t cut too thin.
Wash the potatoes again and transfer to a container.
Season with chimichurri, black pepper, smoked paprika and olive oil to taste.
Mix well to spread the seasonings. - Fry the potatoes in the air fryer at 200º₢ for approximately 30 minutes, or in a skillet with hot oil until the potatoes begin to brown.
To make the sauce, mix the ketchup and mayonnaise in a bowl until smooth. - Season the already dry fries with salt to taste and spread well.
Serve the rustic fried potatoes with the pink sauce and bon appétit.
