Salarymen «I Forget About The Time» – Dogs are beautiful. I'm not the only one who thinks so, but also the Sydney duo Salarymen, who dedicated an entire song and video to the furry friends. A very melodic, upbeat and catchy piece of guitar pop, as can also be found in the band's other oeuvre. It puts you in a good mood and is ideal for the current weather, I think.
9m88 «Fauvism» – just as much of a chance discovery for me as the above Salarymen was the singer 9m88 (real name Joanne Tang Yu-chi), who comes from Taiwan. Her style meanders between soul, RnB, jazz and pop. Her current single is a good example of this and is accompanied by a surreal Lynch-esque video clip.
