Ingredients
4 salmon fillets (approximately 150g each)
1 lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon dried dill (optional)
Lemon slices (for garnish)
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and dried dill.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil or lightly greased with olive oil.
- Pour the seasoning mixture over the salmon fillets, ensuring they are completely covered.
- If desired, place a few lemon slices on the fillets to add an extra touch of flavor and decoration.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and can be easily flaked with a fork.
- Remove from the oven and serve hot, accompanied by roasted vegetables, rice, or to your liking.
