This Thursday (18), Campinas was defeated by Al-Rayyan, from Qatar, by 3 sets to 0. The splits were 18/25, 29/31 and 20/25. The game was valid for the last round of Group A of the Club World Cup men's volleyball game and took place at Ginásio do Mangueirinho, in Belém, Pará.

Even with the defeat, the Brazilian team advances to the semifinals in second place in the group. Al-Rayyan says goodbye to the World Cup.
