Apple TV+ revealed this morning the teaser trailer for the second season of the acclaimed series Severancewhere we can take a look at Mark Scout (Adam Scott) in his quest to discover the truth behind Lumon Industries.
The second season of Severance consists of 10 episodes. The premiere was set for January 17, 2025 on the streamerwith each new episode being released on a weekly basis every Friday until the season finale on March 21.
- By the time of its release, almost three years will have passed since the first season premiered in February 2022.
In the trailer, available at the end of the note, Mark runs back and forth through the desolate corridors of the dystopian offices of this workplace thriller, while the hurried voices of the epic finale of the first season sound in the sky.
SYNOPSIS SEASON 2:
“In season two, Mark and his friends learn the terrible consequences of messing with the compensation barrier, which leads them further down a path of misfortune.”
The cast is made up of Scott, Britt Lower, Tramell Tillman, Zach Cherry, Jen Tullock, Michael Chernus, Dichen Lachman, John Turturro, Christopher Walkeny Patricia Arquette. New season two additions include Sarah Bock, Gwendoline Christie, Bob Balaban y Merritt Wever.
Ben Stiller is the executive producer of Severanceas well as the director of five episodes this season. Other directors are Uta Bresiewitz, Sam Donovan y Jessica Lee Gagne. Dan Erickson He is the creator, screenwriter and executive producer.
